Step:

  1. Pour all ingredient except cream in a pot and boil til it bubbles, make sure you stir it.

  2. Remove from flame add cream and beat it well.

  3. Let it cool a bit and set in moulds on casserole.

  4. Keep in fridge to chill.

  5. Unmould and top up with chocolate syrup and serve

Ingredients

  1. 4 cup milk
  2. 1 cup evaporated milk
  3. 1 cup condensed milk
  4. 4 tbsp nestle cream (or dessert cream)
  5. 2 tbsp agaragar powder (china grass powder)
  6. 1 tsp vanilla essence o rose essence
  7. 3 tsp cocoa
  8. 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
