Step:
Using a round cup/large cookie cutter, cut the bread slices into roundels
Toast/ grill them on both sides till they are crisp
Now place them on a plate
Add lemon juice to the leftover paav bhaaji and mix well
Fill up a pastry bag with the Pav bhaaji
Scoop out about 1.5 tablespoon of Pav bhaaji over each bread slice
Add salt and black pepper to taste
Top each with chopped onion,coriander leaves and mozzarella
Serve the ‘finger licking good’ snack immediately!
