Step:
Take a pan get it HOT slice the onions. Add oil and onions .
When they start to caramelize add salt and stir constantly.
Slice hotdogs longways. Then slice into mostly thirds, but also about a quarter of the hotdogs cut into quarters
Line a deep oven safe dish with half the hotdog pieces,
Cover the whole bottom of dish. My dish is 10 inches in diameter and 4 inches deep
Now layer the onions atop the hotdogs
Add the cheese, about a cup full.
Cook the sausage and beef adding the Mayan chocolate rub, incorporate well.
Add tomatoes and stir in well.
Add tomato paste, let cook till it is blended in well
When done add half the sloppy joe mixture you just made tobthe layer of cheese
Add another cup of cheese
Then the rest of the hotdogs
Rest of the sloppy joe mixture
Now add the last 2 cups of cheese
Put in the oven and turn it on to 400 Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!

1 pound ground beef, I used sirloin
1 pound bulk sausage I used Odems Tennessee Pride
12 ounces tomato paste
15 ounces diced tomatoes
1/3 cup mayan chocolate rub see my recipe
onions
4 small onions
1-1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
