For the dough
3 cups whole wheat Atta
3 tablespoon refined or mustard oil
1 cup Warm Water for kneading the dough
For the filling
1 1/2 cup Sattu, flour of roasted Bengal gram
1 large Onion finely chopped
5 cloves Garlic finely chopped
1 inch Ginger grated
1 Green chilli finely chopped
1 teaspoon kalaunji/Nigella seeds
1 teaspoon Ajwain /carrom seeds
1 teaspoon Aamchur or as per taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped
2 teaspoon Water
For serving
1 cup Desi Ghee Melted
For the Chokha -
1 round brinjal
4 medium-sized desi tomatoes
2 medium-sized boiled potatoes
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 green chilli chopped
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1 inch ginger julliened
2 tablespoons coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tablespoon mustard oil
