Step:

  1. Mix flour,salt,1 spoon oil,fenugreek leaves and carom seeds

  2. Knead a soft dough

  3. Peel and mashed potatoes

  4. Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan and saute onions

  5. Add other ingredients

  6. Add 4 spoon water and mix well

  7. Divide the dough in 4 parts and roll into thin circle

  8. Spread potato mixture evenly and Rollin cylinder shape

  9. Cut in coin size and press between palms

  10. Heat non stick pan and cook roll from both sides by applying oil

  11. Serve hot with sauce

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1 spoon dried fenugreek leaves
  3. 1/4 spoon carom seeds
  4. To taste Salt
  5. as needed refined oil
  6. as needed Water
  7. 4 boiled potatoes
  8. 1 onion finely chopped
  9. 1/4 cup grated carrot
  10. 1 spoon garam masala
  11. 1/4 spoon dried mango powder
  12. 1 chilli finely chopped
