Step:

  1. Sieve refined flour,salt,cocoa powder and baking soda together

  2. Mix sugar and water in a bowl until sugar dissolves completely

  3. Mix mere butter,vinegar and chocolate essence in sugar syrup

  4. Mix dry ingredients slowly and blend with a blender to avoid lumps

  5. Pour the batter into the microwave safe bowl

  6. Microwave cake on high for 5-6 minutes and takeout from microwave

  7. Let cool slightly and takeout the cake from container

  6. 3/4 cup sugar
  7. 1/4 cup melted butter

  9. 1/2 tbsp chocolate essence
  10. 1/4 cup icing sugar
  11. 1/4 cup choco chips
