Step:
First, take 1 cup of moong daal and soak it overnight.
Grind it in a mixer grinder jar until a smooth paste.
Now in a pan take 1 cup ghee. Heat it on medium flame and then add 1 cup paste of moong daal.
Roast it for 10-15 minutes untill the color of daal changes and it is cooked.
Take 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup water. Make a sugar syrup of 1/ 1.5 string consistency
Now add 2 tsp of elaichi powder rand few strands of saffron.
Now when the sugar syrup is cooked put into the roasted daal in some batches mixing everything well.
Cook it on medium-high flame for 10 mins until it is cooked. You can also taste it and cook more if feels raw.
Now for dry fruits take split almonds, broken cashews and roast it with some ghee until cashew are golden and almonds have dark color.
Now add that dry fruits to halwa and also add raisins, pistachios.
Cook it more until it comes to constancy of halwa.
