Step:
Wash and Pat dry Gauva.Cut Slices..and remove the seeded Part from them.
Cut into Small pieces.
Grind these Gauva pieces along with Sugar and Salt in Mixer Grinder...for one minute.
Add 100ml of water and again grind /churn in Mixer for 3-4mins to get Smooth Pulp.
Strain and Store in Mason jar.Keep Refrigerated..Remain fresh for 3-4days.Use as required.
From Seeded slices..make Fresh Gauva Juice.
Chop these seeded Gauva Slices..Add 1tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt..grind in mixer...add 100 ml water Grind again.Strain this Mixture.
Combine this Strained/Prepared Gauva plup and 125ml water in deep vessel..blend with Boss hand blender.. for 1min. Pour this Prepared Gauva Juice in two Glass...Serve and Relish Chilled Gauva Juice with Icecubes.
