Step:

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Slowly add 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 cup warm water while stirring by hand. Dough should be tacky, not sticky.

  3. Turn on broiler to High. Put cast-iron skillet in for about 6 minutes to warm up.

  4. Lightly flour a flat surface (countertop) and stretch out the dough with knuckles until it's slightly smaller than the cast-iron skillet.

  5. Remove skillet with oven mitt and put dough in skillet. Lightly brush dough with remaining olive oil and broil, until browned (about 4 minutes).

  6. Remove skillet and flip the dough. Top with 4 tbsp of sauce, cheese, and prosciutto.

  7. Broil until rust us puffed, cheese is melted, and prosciutto is crispy (2 minutes).

  8. Remove from oven and top with sage pieces. Optional: drizzle some olive oil and fresh or ground black pepper.
