Step:
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Slowly add 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 cup warm water while stirring by hand. Dough should be tacky, not sticky.
Turn on broiler to High. Put cast-iron skillet in for about 6 minutes to warm up.
Lightly flour a flat surface (countertop) and stretch out the dough with knuckles until it's slightly smaller than the cast-iron skillet.
Remove skillet with oven mitt and put dough in skillet. Lightly brush dough with remaining olive oil and broil, until browned (about 4 minutes).
Remove skillet and flip the dough. Top with 4 tbsp of sauce, cheese, and prosciutto.
Broil until rust us puffed, cheese is melted, and prosciutto is crispy (2 minutes).
Remove from oven and top with sage pieces. Optional: drizzle some olive oil and fresh or ground black pepper.
