Step:

  1. First cut four parts of brinjal pieces but in upper portion don't cut

  2. Now take a bowl add termaric powder add garam masala powder add Red chilli powder add jeera powder add coriander powder add black pepper powder add mango powder add salt add 2 teaspoons oil,mix all then put masala mix in the brinjal pieces keep aside

  3. Now add mustard oil in the nonstick pan add brinjal fry in medium flame then lower the flame cover with a lid fry then keep aside

  4. Add remaining oil add jeera add onion slices add termaric powder add red chilli powder

  5. Keep stir,add tomato pieces add jeera powder add coriander powder add black pepper powder mix well add garam masala powder keep stir

  6. Now add beaten curd with milk powder mix well keep stirring add green chilli add brinjal

  7. Add add coriander leaves which cut in pieces mix well then cover with the lid after few minutes tasty tasty begun Bahar is ready

  5. 1 cup Curd
  6. 1 tablespoon Milk powde
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  9. 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  10. 2 teaspoons Mango powder
  11. 3 teaspoons Jeera powder
  12. 3 teaspoon Coconut powder
  13. 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  14. 3 tablespoons Mustard oil
  15. 1 teaspoon Jeera
  16. 4 Green chilli
