Step:

  1. Rinse spinach well and chop,put into a pot adding onion and potatoes then boil on a medium heat

  2. Boil until the spinach and veggies are soft then add knorrox and spice, stir make sure there's no remaining water then add holsum and combine

  3. Thicken with cream of mushroom soup and serve

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch spinach
  2. 1 onion(chopped)
  3. 3 potatoes(peeled and diced)
  4. 1 knorrox cube(beef flavour)
  5. 1 teaspoon lemon and herb spice
  6. 50 g holsum
  7. 2-3 table spoon cream of mushroom soup to thicken
