Step:

  1. Marinate the chicken in oil and chicken masala and garlic powder and let rest for a while

  2. Light the Jiko till hot

  3. Put the chicken on the grill and cook one side till ready and a little black

  4. Then turn on the other side an cook till a little black

  5. Remove from grill and serve

  6. Put a grill on the jiko

  7. Garnish with chives,tomatoes and sage

  3. 1 tsp garlic powder
  4. Oil
  5. to taste Salt
