  1. Peel your potatoes and cut them into thin circular discs

  2. Make your gram flour mixture your flour, coriander, and salt. In my case I used all purpose flour and turmeric. Add a little water at a time to create a thick paste like mixture

  3. Heat up your oil. Dip your potatoes in the flour mixture and coat them well. Dip them in the hot and let them cook till ready. Place on a paper towel

  4. Serve with some kachumbari /salsa on the side

  1. 5 medium sized potatoes cut into thin circular discs
  2. Gram flour-3/4 cup
  3. (I used all purpose flour and a little turmeric)
  4. 2 cloves garlic
  5. Pinch salt
  6. Coriander
  7. Oil for deep frying
  8. Water
