Step:

  1. Blend all to create this wonderful Desi Ice cream.

  2. Stir in nuts of your choice and freeze for almost 7-8 hours.

  3. Instead of kulfi moulds, i used an airtight container.

  4. Slice them in sizes of your choice and serve chilled with chopped mixed nuts on top.

Ingredients

  1. 2-3 Bread slices trimmed
  2. 3/4 tin Condensed milk
  3. 500 ml Evaporated milk
  4. 3-4 tbsp Nuts/dry fruits chopped coarsely
  5. 1 cup Whipped cream
