Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Coat 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In large skillet brown beef over medium heat. Stir till crumbled and drain off grease.

  3. Stir in soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and 1/2 cup of cheese. Spoon into baking dish.

  4. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  2. 1 can (10.75 oz) tomato soup
  3. 1 cup Salsa
  4. 1/2 cup Milk
  5. 8 Corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch strips
  6. 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese, divided
