Step:

  1. Cook potatoes whole till tender, drain and set aside, cool and peel.

  2. Sauted bacon.

  3. Pour broth over potatoes; add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, bacon, and onions gently mix. Do not over mix!

  4. Served chilled.

Ingredients

  1. 3 lb Potatoes
  2. 5 slice Cooked bacon diced
  3. 1 1/2 cup Beef broth
  4. 3 tbsp White vinegar
  5. 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  6. 1 tbsp Sugar
  7. 1 small Onion finely chopped
  8. 1 1/2 tsp Salt
