Step:

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and dredge steaks in mixture.

  2. Brown meat in shortening in a skillet.

  3. Move to a greased baking dish and add remaining ingredients.

  4. Cover and bake at 325F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp Dry mustard
  2. 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  3. 1/2 cup Flour
  4. 1/4 tsp Pepper
  5. 3 tbsp Shortening
  6. 2 1/2-3 lbs round steak
  7. 1 1/2 Onions, diced
  8. 2 Carrots, diced
  9. 2 tbsp Woschiosire sauce
  10. 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  11. 2 cup Canned tomatoes
