Achiote shredded chicken

heat oil in pan add chicken mine was frozen so I cooked to thaw with lid on it produced a liquid

add paprika salt garlic smash the paste add to chicken add can of broth when chicken is done remove and shred set aside get a wisk whisk liquid till paste is desolved add chicken and add onoins now watch because onions will absorb liquid dont burn

let sit then add to top of Doritos add yogurt I crushed my Doritos to eat with fork
