Step:

  1. after you shave a slice of raw meat off roast chop it up fine heat oil add meat cook reduceing the fat of meat to flavor the oil add spices, add flour make it look like a thin batter let simmer to cook flour turn heat on high add water to flour stir well it will start to thicken if needed add more water till thick as you want if thinned to much, this is a secret make a paste taking 1/4cup of each of flour and oil mix till runny add to to thin of a gravy it will thicken up this is our secret , yes? lol, ok taste adjust seasoning to your liking set aside till roast is done when its done remove roast leave juices and vegatables in pan put pan on stove turn on get to boil add gravy it will thicken roasted vegetables and thicken it to desired thickness make it a stew or roast

  1. 1 a little bit of the roast
  2. 1 equal amounts of oil and flour
  3. 1 water to thicken and for thinning
  4. 1 salt to taste
  5. 1 white pepper powder to taste
  6. 1 granulated garlic to taste
