Step:

  1. Mix Bisquick and milk to form soft dough and roll out to 12-inch square.

  2. Mix butter,ketchup, mustard and onion together; spread evenly on dough.

  3. Crumble ground beef over dough; roll jellyroll fashion and cut into 8 slices.

  4. Place cut side up on cookie sheet with sides or in shallow baking pan.

  5. Bake 12-15 minutes at 450°F.

  2. 1/3 cup milk
  3. 2 tbsp melted butter or margerine
  4. 3 tbsp ketchup
  5. 2 tsp prepared mustard
  6. 1 tsp onion flakes
  7. 1 lb ground chuck
