Step:

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into cubes

  2. In a pot melt butter

  3. Add brown sugar to butter, completely disolve brown sugar

  4. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon and whipping cream

  5. Heat until mixture is like carmel

  6. Place potatoes in a pan, pour mixture over.

  7. Bake at 250F for 45 minutes

  8. Add marshmallows on top

  1. 6 sweet potatoes
  2. 3/4 cup butter
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 2 dash vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 cup whipping cream
  6. 2 dash cinnamon
  7. 22 oz marshmellows
