Step:

  1. Cook the pudding (except for bananas) on low heat about 10 minutes. Don't boil & don't over cook or you'll scramble yolks.

  2. Beat the meringue until stiff peaks.

  3. Line 13x9 pan with nilla wafers. Pour pudding over it, cut bananas into it & top with meringue & broil until brown

  4. Believe it or not I don't put bananas in mine b/c I don't like bananas & I love this recipe.

  1. 1/2 gallon Whole milk
  2. 8 each Eggs separated. Beat the yolks
  3. 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 2 tbsp Vanilla
  5. 5 each Bananas
  6. Nilla wafers
  7. pudding
  8. Meringue
  9. 8 each Whites
  10. 1/4 tsp Cream of tarter
  11. 1/3 cup Sugar
  12. 1/2 tsp Vanilla
