Step:

  1. oven to 325

  2. spray 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray

  3. in large bowl with electric mixer at medium high speed , beat egg whites until soft peaks form for 2 to 3 minutes

  4. gently fold in cracker crumbs, nuts, vanilla until just blended

  5. place mixture in pie pan

  6. bake until firm about 25 minutes. cool completely on rack

  7. serve with frozen yogurt..... place pie in refrigerator for several hours

Ingredients

  1. 3 egg whites
  2. 2 tbsp firmly packed light brown sugar
  3. 18 two and one half inch chocolate graham cracker squares made into crumbs
  4. 1/4 cup walnuts finely chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 pints vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt, slightly softened and served on the side
