Step:

  1. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms and celery in a 3 tbsp butter until tender.

  2. Combine cornstarch and milk until smooth; stir into mushroom mixture.

  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 1 minute or until thickened.

  4. Stir in the turkey, noodles, broth, salt, thyme and pepper. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish.

  5. Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.

  6. Bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.

  5. 2 cup milk
  6. 2 cup cubed cooked turkey

  8. 1/4 cup chicken broth
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  11. 1/8 tsp white pepper
  12. 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
