Step:

  1. Take a large round bowl and spread the oil all over.

  2. Now take half of the mashed potatoes and spread all over the bowl.

  3. Mix the mayo with the garlic, salt and pepper.

  4. Spread half of the mayo over the potatoes.

  5. Spread half of the eggs.

  6. Half of the carrots , mushroom with the onions and over again till you get to the top of the bowl.

  7. Spread the last mayo and put the chicken on top of bowl.

  8. Now cover the bowl with a large plate and flip it over that the salad will stay on the plate in a shape of ball.

  9. Sprinkle with the egg whites.

  10. Bonapetite!

Ingredients

  1. 2 Chicken breast - cooked and cut to strips.
  2. 1 Onion - chopped and fried till golden.
  3. 1/2 can Mushrooms - fried with the onions.
  4. 2 Carrots - cooked and grated.
  5. 2 Potatoes - mashed.
  6. 4 Eggs - cooked and grated.
  7. 3 Egg whites - cooked and grated.
  8. 2 clove Garlic - minced.
  9. 1/2 cup Mayo .
  10. 1 Salt and pepper to taste.
  11. 1 dash Oil.
