Step:

  1. Wash the potatoes well.

  2. Do small cuts halfway the potatoes .( as you see in the pic )

  3. Mix in a bowl the garlic, olive oil, herbs and the salt and the paper.

  4. Preheat the oven to 200c.

  5. Rub the potato with the mixture and put some between the cuts.

  6. Bake for 45-60 min or till done.

  7. Bonapetite!

Ingredients

  1. 20 small potatoes with skin.
  2. 1 bunch Finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro).
  3. 10 clove Garlic - minced.
  4. 1 cup Olive oil.
  5. 1 Salt and peper to taste.
