Step:

  6. 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  7. 2 carrots, thin sliced
  8. 3 cups Homemade turkey gravy
  9. 4 tablespoons butter
  10. 2 tablespoons flour
  11. 1 cup heavy cream
  12. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  13. 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  14. to taste salt and black pepper
  15. 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  16. 1 cup frozen pearl onions
  17. Garnish
  18. Sliced green onions and parsley
