Step:

  1. Dice up your onion and add to crock pot. Add everything else and give it a stir. Cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-5 hours.

  2. I added the instant potato to give it some thickness (thank you "paula.popper" for that idea!!)

Ingredients

  1. 3 lb Meatballs
  2. 16 oz Tomatoes- fresh, frozen or canned (I used frozen)
  3. 1 small Diced onion
  4. 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  5. 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  6. 2 Cubes chicken or beef bouillon
  7. 1 as needed Water
  8. 1 as needed Salt/pepper
  9. 1 tbsp Instant potatoes
