Step:

  1. Whisk instant pudding mix into milk (note: use only 1 cup of milk, not 2 like instructed on box)

  2. Gently fold in cool whip. Easier to do in small batches

  3. Gently fold in chopped strawberries. Can be used as a cake filling (as pictured) or eat it as is! So good!
