Step:

  1. Heat onions with cooking oil

  2. Add onions and capsicum and fry a bit.

  3. Add tomatoes and carrots

  4. Add waru and potatoes

  5. Stir then add enough water then salt

  6. Add coriander leaves.

  7. Cook till the potatoes and peas are soft

  8. Serve warm with rice
