Step:

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients. Marinade steaks for 30-45 minutes

  2. Place steaks on a broiler pan. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 350 until steak is at desired doneness. I prefer rare to med rare

  3. 5 Minutes before done top steaks with crab meat and cheese. Remove when cheese is melted

  4. Top steaks with hollandaise sauce and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  1. 2 12 oz rib eye steaks
  2. 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  3. 1/4 lb lump crab meat
  4. 1/2 cup prepared hollandaise sauce
  5. 1 salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  6. marinade
  7. 1/4 cup each, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, water, and red wine vinegar
