Step:

  1. Put all ingredients except POM juice and wine in food processor until it becomes a fine paste.

  2. In a pot add wine and POM juice. Combine paste from food processor. Bring to a simmer stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool.

  4. Add hot sauce to bottle or jar.

  1. 8 large Strawberries Stems Removed
  2. 2 1/2 lbs salt
  3. 1/2 cup Moscato Sweet Red Wine
  4. 1/2 White Onion
  5. 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
  6. 6 Habeneros
  7. 6 Serrano Peppers
  8. 3 Jalapenos
  9. 4 tbsp Sugar
  10. 2 tsp Salt
  11. 3 tbsp Honey
  12. 2 tbsp White Vinagar
