Step:

  1. Combine sugar. Cinnamon and salt in a small bowl mix to blend.

  2. Have popcorn cooled on large platter or sheet pan.

  3. Drizzle hot melted cinnamon chips over popcorn, stir gently to have some on each piece of popcorn

  4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over and mix while warm so it sticks.

  5. Chill 30 minutes to harden and set cinnamon.. Store in a plastic bag.

Ingredients

  1. 6 cup popcorn, unseasoned. I popped mine in the microwave, recipe attached below
  2. 1/2 cup cinnamon chips, melted and smooth
  3. 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  4. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp salt
