  3. Boil the eggs, cool, peel and chop then set aside Boil extra if you want to make deviled eggs

  4. Boil the chicken reserving broth, cool, then pick meat off bones, and chop

  5. Mix the sugar with the diced dill pickles and set aside

  6. Saut the sweet onion, celery, and green onions in butter

  7. Crumble the biscuits and cornbread in a large mixing bowl

  8. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix by hand or with a spatula in a super sized bowl

  9. Grease your pan with cooking spray and spread mixture evenly into pan

  10. Bake at 350 for an hour or more depending on your oven

  11. It is MOIST and this recipe makes one Big ole pan of dressing !! ENJOY

Ingredients

  1. 12 inch skillet homemade cornbread
  2. 10-12 homemade biscuits
  3. 1 whole chicken boiled and chopped, reserve broth
  4. 6-8 boiled eggs chopped
  5. 5-6 stalks celery sliced
  6. 1 large sweet onion minced
  7. 1 red bell pepper diced
  8. 10 green onions chopped
  9. 6 large cloves of garlic minced
  10. 1 stick butter
  11. 6-8 medium dill pickles petite diced or dill pickle relish
  12. 2 Tbsp granulated white sugar
  13. 12 oz can evaporated milk
  14. 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
  15. 1 cup pickle juice
  16. 1/2 oz rubbed sage
  17. 1 Tbsp and 1 tsp ground thyme
  18. 1 Tbsp ground poultry seasoning
  19. 6 Tbsp Slap ya Mama cajun seasoning
  20. 5 heaping wooden spoonfuls of Hellman's mayonnaise
  21. Big foil pan
  22. Cooking spray
