Spinach Omelette

In a bowl beat eggs then add spinach and fold till totally mix then add seasoning and cheese

In pan melt butter or oil then add mix spinach and eggs mixture

In low heat fold into half and gently press out excess water

Turn over and press excess water till omelette is dry and lightly brown and crispy

Serve spinach omelette top grated parmesan cheese and heinz chili sauce
