In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, celery, beer, onion, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Blend well.
Stir in the shrimp and toasted pecans.
Pack the mixture into a serving container, and cover and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour and no longer than 2 days.
Serve this dish with crackers.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp finely chopped celery
2 tbsp beer
2 tsp grated onion
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup cooked chopped shelled shrimp
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted at 350°F for 5 to 7 minutes.
