Step:

  1. Place chuck roast in slow cooker. Top with all ingredients, except Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Pour Worcestershire sauce around sides of roast, so as not to wash off the seasonings.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.

  2. 2 tsp Salt
  3. 1 tbsp Whole Black Peppercorns
  4. 1 tbsp Dried Tarragon
  5. 10 Fresh Sage Leaves
  6. 1/4 White Onion (Diced)
  7. 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  8. 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
