Step:

  1. Pan fried black pepper flavoured spam or any spam till its lighly crispy and brown then drain and set aside

  2. Put the cooked white rice onto a non stick pan then pour the wasabi soy sauce mixture and stir fry to mix

  3. Add the fried spam and stir fry to mix for another 2 minutes then off heat and add seasoning and stir fry to mix

  3. WASABI SOY MIXTURE
  4. 2 tbsp light soy sauce or teriyaki soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp wasabi paste
  6. GARNISH OPTION
  7. 2 tbsp otona no furikake / ready to eat seaweed topping
