Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. In large bowl, cream sugar and oil

  3. Add eggs, vanilla, apples, nuts. Mix.

  4. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and slowly add to mixture, stirring between additions

  5. Grease 9x13 pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  3. 3 eggs, beaten
  4. 1 tsp vanilla
  5. 6 medium apples, peeled, cored, chopped
  6. 1 cup chopped walnuts
  7. 3 cups flour
  8. 2 tsp baking soda
  9. 2 tsp cinnamon
  10. 1 tsp nutmeg
