Step:

  1. Set aside 8 cherries, put the rest into a blender

  4. To make each cooler, pour 120mls of the blended mixture into ice filled glasses, top with 120mls sparkling water, sweeten with agave to taste and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a cherry

  4. 12 grams mint leaves
  5. 1000 ml sparkling/carbonated water
