Step:

  1. cook pasta per package directions

  2. slice chicken and saute in a large pan in the butter and oil

  3. add artichokes and garlic and continue cooking 3 minutes

  4. stir in lemon juice, chicken broth, and creole seasoning. simmer 5 minutes. toss with pasta.

  1. 16 oz package of angel hair pasta
  2. 3 chicken breasts
  3. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1 tbsp olive oil
  5. 2 tbsp butter
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped ** not the marinated kind
  8. 3/4 cup chicken broth
  9. 1 tsp creole seasoning
