  4. 1 medium duck heart
  5. 2 quart water
  6. spices
  7. 1 tsp celery salt
  8. 1 tsp onion powder
  9. 1 tsp seasoned salt
  10. 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  11. 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
  12. roux
  13. 1/2 cup flour
  14. 1/2 cup butter
