Step:

  1. Start a fire in your grill, preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

  2. Mix the rub ingredients together. Put rub on the ribs.

  3. When the grill is ready put the ribs on the grill to cook.

  4. After 15 minutes on the grill remove to oven cook till done

  5. Let sit 10 minutes. Slice the ribs into individual servings.

  2. 20 lb ribs, five slabs of ribs.
  3. rub
  4. 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
  7. 2 tbsp turmeric
  8. 2 tbsp paprika
  9. 1/4 cup onion powder
