on a slice of ham fill up with 1 slice of chedder cheese and 2 tbsp of shimeji mushroom

then top with another layer of chedder cheese then top with a slice of ham

dip whole ham sandwich into a beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs

on parchment paper and bake at 180C till cheese melted and crumbs are crispy and lightly brown
