Step:

  1. Heat peanut oil in a pan.. add ginger garlic and fry for a min. Add all the veggies and fry for till cripsy

  3. Add zucchini noodles and cook for another 2-3mins.

  4. Add salt according to taste

  1. 2 zucchini.. made into noodles
  2. 1 yellow bell pepper
  3. 1 cup zucchini
  4. 1/2 cup snow peas
  5. 3 tbsp garlic chopped
  6. 2 tbsp ginger chopped
  7. 3 tbsp red chilli flakes
  8. 2 tbsp peanut oil
  9. 3 tbsp soyasauce
  10. 2 tbsp sugar
  11. 1 salt
