Skye's grits and eggs

Mix the grits salt and sugar together

Add water and margarine bring to a boil cook covered stirring occasionally till most of the liquid is absorbed keep covered remove from heat for 10 minutes

Take the five eggs beat them add margarine to the pan let melt coverd add the eggs let them spread across the pan evenly cover

When the eggs start to have bubbles uncover and stir breaking them up

When done about 5 minutes total serve with grits
