Step:

  1. Cook fish in oven as directed

  2. As fish cooks, blend mayo, Chipotle, lime zest and juice, and cilantro. *adjust amounts to your taste

  3. Toss cabbage and carrots in mayo sauce, set aside

  4. Spread a little tartar on tortillas

  5. Top with fish sliced into bite size pieces

  6. Top with chipotle lime slaw

  7. Drizzle with salsa Verde and garnish with fresh cilantro

  1. Frozen fish sticks or frozen fried fish filets
  2. Green tomatillo salsa
  3. 3 cups cabbage sliced into ribbons
  4. 1 cup carrots julliene cut
  5. 1 handful cilantro
  6. 1 tbs chipotle pepper in adobo
  7. 1.5 cups mayo
  8. Zest and juice of 1 lime
  9. Fresh tortillas
  10. Tartar sauce
