Step:

  1. I used a large crab cooker or turkey fryer.

  2. Boil half a pot full of water. Add boil seasonings and stir to dissolve.

  3. Add potatoes. Boil until potatoes start to get tender.

  4. Add oysters, clams, mussels, and prawns. Boil 2 minutes. Add crab with this step if not precooked.

  5. Add sausage and corn. Cook 2 minutes.

  6. If crab is precooked, add it now. Add the fish. Do not stir. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes until fish gets flaky.

  7. Remove boil from heat. Drain liquid.

  8. Place a large sheet of butcher paper over a table. Spread boil out over table.

  9. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges. Feast and enjoy.

  1. 2 andouille sausages
  2. 2 linguia sausages
  3. 8 medium red potatoes
  4. 6 ears fresh corn on the cob. Broke in half
  5. 4 lbs large prawns
  6. 2 dozen medium oysters
  7. 4 lbs mussels
  8. 4 lbs manila clams
  9. 3 dungeness crabs, cleaned and broke in half
  10. 4 lbs king salmon fillet, debone and cut into chunks
  11. 1 bag Louisiana boil seasonings for 20 lbs
  12. Butter
  13. Lemon wedges
