Step:

  1. Start by making your pudding as directed adding in pineapple extract. Set in fridge 10minutes to thicken

  2. Once set add marshmallow cream, cool whip, and drained pineapples mix with hand mixer on high till creamy , smooth & fluffy.

  3. Top with desired toppings. Fast easy great with fruit and or crackers or cookies.

Ingredients

  1. 1 each 7 oz.jar marshmallow cream
  2. 1 box vanilla pudding
  3. 1 tub of coolwhip
  4. 1/2 can drain crushed pineapples
  5. 1/2 tsp pineapple extract
  6. 1 maraschino cherry for topping
  7. 1 can whip cream for topping
  8. 1 caramel for topping
