Step:
Add the teabags to the freshly boiled water and let steep for around 20 minutes. Remove teabags and let tea cool completely
Put the peaches and sparkling water in a blender and puree. You can strain this if you like or leave it a bit pulpy if you prefer
In a large jug or bowl mix together the tea, peach puree, lime juice and ginger ale and sweeten to taste
Chill before serving. Makes just over 2 litres
Ingredients
500 ml hot water, just boiled
3 ordinary teabags - not fancy tea
4 large ripe peaches, peeled & pitted
1 juice of a lime, 2 tbsp
700 ml gluten-free ginger ale
240 ml sparkling/carbonated water
to taste agave nectar, syrup or honey
